THEME
The conference represents an attempt to bring together two successful, cyclical events that have taken place over the years, that is, conferences on topics in applied linguistics, organized by the University of Opole, and conferences on classroom-oriented research, undertaken by the State University of Applied Sciences, Konin, in cooperation with the Faculty of Pedagogy and Fine Arts of Adam Mickiewicz University, Kalisz. The conference will be devoted to various aspects of research conducted in foreign and second language classrooms, offering an important forum for disseminating latest research findings in this area, which is critical language pedagogy. The event will be of relevance not only to academics, researchers, teacher educators and materials writers, but also to language teachers wishing to enhance their instructional practices.
 
ORGANIZERS
The event will be organized by the Faculty of Philology, University of Opole, Poland, the Faculty of Philology, the State University of Applied Sciences, Konin, Poland, as well as the Department of English Studies, Faculty of Pedagogy and Fine Arts, Adam Mickiewicz University, Kalisz, Poland. Co-chairs of the Organizing Committee are dr Elżbieta Szymańska-Czaplak (ela@uni.opole.pl) and prof. Mirosław Pawlak (pawlakmi@amu.edu.pl).
